After a few sessions I knew I found the right place. Keith is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and committed trainers around. The variety and challenges Keith puts into the group sessions are great. This place was a game changer for me! My friend introduced me to Elements with Keith and I quickly realized I needed it to be part of my health routine. I don’t like to work out in gyms but elements gives you the option to do small group training sessions. For me, this was the best combination of 1x1 instruction and group activity to keep me engaged. It has had me coming back every week which is alot more than I can say for any regular gym. Keith is a patient, informed trainer and it feels like a small community here. Give it a try!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-3 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 3 sessions per week and being active on the days in in-between. Sign up today!

We offer an exciting, challenging and varied program which will keep it fun and ensure that you don’t get bored or hit plateaus with your progress.

Some days are more strength focused where we’ll focus on our lifts using dumbbells, kettlebells and even body weight.

Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. Sign up today!
